Our pet tags can show off your pet's personality. We offer round, heart and bone shapes. One and two-sided tags are available so you can add a name and contact information on the back. Tell us your pet's style or share a photo of their collar and we can try to match a design. Design is imprinted onto the tag. Includes attachment bale.

Each tag is custom made for your pet so NO REFUNDS available. Once order is placed, you cannot cancel your order.
Tag Sizes:
Heart Shape - 1.25" x 1.375"
Round Shape - 1.25" (1.5")
Bone Shape - 1.5" x 1"
To order, please send details via email to: diane@con-ray.com. Depending on what you want on the tag, provide:
1) Tag Shape (1 or 2 sided)
2) Pet Name
3) Emergency name and phone number (for 2-sided tags)
4) Style - include color, font desired, pattern/design preference (cloth, geometric, flowers, metals, season, etc.) We will provide a layout for your review. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will ship the designed tag and complete your order.
